Please be informed that on April 28, 2026, 111 candidates sat testing on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge in the specialisation of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court as part of the competition to fill vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court. 1 (one) candidate did not attend the testing.

On April 27, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of candidate Oleh Khamkhodera in the competitions for vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.

Competition for the Odesa Court of Appeal: a Candidate Failed to Confirm the Ability to Administer Justice

On April 27, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the suitability of two candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
