The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has completed the admission of candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.

On February 20, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in  Panel, continued to consider materials regarding the admission of candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administra

On February 18, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Odesa Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:
