On October 14, 2024, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of compliance of a judge of the Lviv Commercial Court of Appeals Iryna Malekh with the position held.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to recognize a judge of the Lviv Commercial Court of Appeals Iryna Malekh as suitable for her position.
On October 10, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews in Panel and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of five local court judges for their suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:
The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by 12 members of the Commission in plenary session: Mykhailo Bohonis, Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Kydysiuk, Nadiia Kobetska, Oleh Koliush, Volodymyr Luhanskyi, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Ruslan Sydorovych, Serhii Chumak.
On October 07, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered in plenary session the issue of suitability of judges of local and appellate courts for the positions held.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:
On October 03, 2024, an offsite meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy was held in Dnipro. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was represented by Deputy Chairman of the HQCJ Oleksii Omelian.
The participants of the meeting discussed optimization of the network of local general courts in Dnipropetrovsk region and the problems of staffing and financial support of courts.
Oleksii Omelian informed the audience about the competition to the appellate courts.
On October 03, 2024, the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meetings, held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of three judges of local courts for their suitability for the position.
On October 02, 2024, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of the qualification evaluation of four judges for their suitability for the position.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:
On October 02, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered in plenary meeting the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as congruent for the positions.

On September 30, 2024, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of compliance of a judge of the Sarnenskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast Borys Slobodianiuk with the position held.
The Commission adjourned its consideration of this issue.
