The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine serves as a key element of the country’s anti-corruption framework, imposing rigorous requirements on candidates for the position of judge of this court. In view of these stringent standards, the exam test and practical assignments were meticulously designed.
We hereby inform you that on January 15, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the coded and decoded results of the practical assignment performed by participants of the competition on December 16, 2024. The decision also establishes the overall results of the first stage of the qualification evaluation “Completion of the Qualification Exam” and grants admission to the second stage, “Dossier Review and Interview” within the framework of the competition announced by Commission Decision
On January 14, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of three judges of local and appellate courts for their suitability for the positions.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be informed that on January 13, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to admit 410 candidates, who successfully passed the cognitive abilities test, to the third stage of the qualification exam within the competition for vacant positions of judges in appellate courts, announced by the Commission’s decision № 94/zp-23 dated September 14, 2023 (as amended).

On January 15, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of determining the peculiarities of submitting documents for participation in the selection of local court judges by persons performing military service.
On January 15, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a motion recommending the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
