Competition for the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal: Three Candidates Have Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice

On April 02, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

For the Attention of Candidates for Vacant Positions In Local Administrative Courts Who Have Been Admitted for a Special Check

Please be informed that on April 01, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine approved the overall results of the qualification exam in the specialisation of local administrative court, completed by candidates for the position of local court judge and by judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

The Overall Results of the Qualification Exam for the Specialisation in Local Administrative Courts Have Been Approved

On April 01, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine approved the results of the practical assignment in the specialisation of local administrative courts (the fourth stage of the qualification exam), completed on October 07–08, 2025, for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed an intention to be transferred to another local court.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted on the basis of a submission by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice.
