On February 12, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in  Panel, continued to consider materials regarding the admission of candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administra

On February 12, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted on the basis of a submission by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialis

On February 12, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal were determined.

On February 13, 2026, a plenary session of the Plenum of the Supreme Court was held in Kyiv to mark the opening of the Judicial year. The event was attended by heads of judicial authorities and representatives of other state institutions.

Please be informed that on February 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv) will hold a special joint session with the Public Council of International Experts to consider the compliance of candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court with the criteria set forth in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.
