Please be informed that on February 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv) will hold a special joint session with the Public Council of International Experts to consider the compliance of candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court with the criteria set forth in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.

LIST OF CANDIDATES

On February 11, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

On February 11, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in  Panel, continued to consider materials regarding the admission of candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the

On February 11, 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.

On February 11, 2026, the panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.

On February 10, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal were determined.

On February 10, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Odesa Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

On February 10, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held, Yurii Hlomb, a judge of the Rivne Circuit Administrative Court scored 672,625 points. The Commission recognised the judge as suitable for the position held.

On February 05, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, as part of the panel , considered the issue of admitting candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
