Announcement of a Special Joint Session of the Commission and the Public Council of International Experts on February 23, 2026

Please be informed that on February 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval St., Kyiv) will hold a special joint session with the Public Council of International Experts to consider the compliance of candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court with the criteria set forth in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.

The Judge of the Rivne Circuit Administrative Court Is Suitable for the Position Held

On February 10, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held, Yurii Hlomb, a judge of the Rivne Circuit Administrative Court scored 672,625 points. The Commission recognised the judge as suitable for the position held.

Competitions for SCAC and SACA: Admission of Candidates to Qualification Assessment Has Begun

On February 05, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, as part of the panel , considered the issue of admitting candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
