Please be informed, that on July 02, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to include the following courts to the second group of courts at the first stage of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the general courts of appeal, announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023 No. 94/zp-23 (hereinafter referred to as the Competition):

Dnipro Court of Appeal –23 vacant judicial positions;

On July 01, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

On July 01, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of two candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

On June 30, 2025, at the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, an interview was held and the results of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of a judge of administrative court of appeal, Oleksandr Karmazin, were determined.

On June 30, 2025, an official oath-taking ceremony was held with the participation of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, for judges appointed to the position for the first time.

Ten judges took the oath: nine of them are from local general courts and one is from commercial court. They were appointed by Presidential Decrees, following the results of the competitions for the position of a judge, announced by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On June 30, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issues of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, and of two candidates — in the commercial court of appeal, were considered.

Based on the results of the session, the Commission made the following decisions:

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On June 27, 2025, at the meeting of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of two candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.    

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:
