Competition for the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm the Ability to Administer Justice, One Candidate is Awaiting an Interview At the Plenary Session of the Commission

On July 29, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

Competition for the Courts of Appeal: Two Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Administrative Court of Appeal and Two Candidates – in the Commercial Court of Appeal

On July 28, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal and three candidates in the commercial court of appeal was considered.

Competition to The Administrative Courts of Appeal: Candidates Will Be Interviewed by the Plenary Session of The Commission

On July 25, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Asen Adamov within the competition for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal.

Competition to The Zhytomyr Court Of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice

On July 24, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

Competition to The Sumy Court Of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm His Ability to Administer Justice

On July 24, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting as a panel, conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the position of judge at the Sumy Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

Coded and Decoded Results of Testing Knowledge of Ukrainian Statehood History Were Approved

Please be informed, that, by decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 366/zp-24 dated December 11, 2024, a selection process for local court judges has been announced.

A total of 9,339 people submitted applications and documents to participate in the selection process.

A total of 8,432 people were admitted to the qualification exam.

A total of 7,939 people took the test on their knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood.

Competition to Commercial Courts of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Ability to Administer Justice

On July 24, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges of the appellate commercial courts were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:
