According to the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of April 30, 2025, candidates were granted access to their own dossiers in electronic form in the judicial e-cabinet.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:

1. To determine that a  judge of the Vinnytsia Circuit Administrative Court Nataliia Zhdankina scored 794.875 points in the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On April 30, 2025, the Commission decided to approve the methodological guidelines for evaluation of the practical assignments completed during the qualification exam by candidates for the positions of local court judges and judges who intend to be transferred to another local court.

On April 30, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.

The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the positions held.

On April 30, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of terminating the qualification evaluation of four judges for their suitability for the positions held.

Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be informed,  that on May 02, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the official YouTube channel of the Commission will host a live broadcast of the online meeting of the Secretary of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine Serhii CHUMAK with candidates for the positions of judges of appellate courts. The topic of the meeting:  “Peculiarities of the next stages of the competition to the appellate courts”.

On April 30, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of judges’ secondment and early termination of judges’ secondment with simultaneous secondment.

On April 30, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a motion recommending the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
