Today, on April 17, 2025, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine conducted searches at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, namely in the office of the Commission member Volodymyr Luhanskyi, as well as at his place of residence. Also, a notice of suspicion was served to Mr Luhanskyi under part four of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On April 17, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of four local court judges for their suitability for the position held.

On April 16, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting to consider matters concerning the secondment and early termination of secondment of judges with simultaneous secondment.
On April 16, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of terminating the qualification evaluation of two judges for their suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:
By its decision of April 16, 2025, the Commission approved test questions and a database of practical assignments for the exam of a judge of the Civil Cassation Court of the Supreme Court as part of the qualification evaluation in connection with the imposition of a disciplinary sanction.
On April 14, 2025, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of suitability of judges of local and appellate courts for their positions held.
