On May 19, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine an interview was held and the result of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal Tetiana Balas was determined.
On May 19, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the recommendation of Nataliia Horobets for appointment as a judge of the Chemerovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
On May 19, 2025, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of suitability of local court judges for their positions held.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission made the following decisions:
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
On May 15, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

The event was organized by representatives of the European Parliament.

The judges passed qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for their positions held.

On May 16, 2025, at 15:00, the official YouTube channel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will host a live broadcast of the online meeting of the Commission members Nadiia Kobetska and Roman Sabodash with candidates participating in the selection for the position of a local court judge and judges who intend to be transferred to another local court.
They will discuss the peculiarities of the qualification exam.
On May 13, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held an interview and determined the result of the qualification evaluation of a judge of the Novoukrainskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast Olena Muzyka, for her suitability for the position held.
