On April 24, 2025, a meeting of the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of studying the dossiers, conducting interviews and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of three local court judges for their suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the meeting, the following decisions were made:

Actions aimed at gaining access to this data indicate that a person does not meet the integrity criteria.
Please be reminded, that the submission of declarations of family ties and judicial integrity lasts until April 30, 2025 (inclusive).
Failure to submit or untimely submission of these declarations or specification of knowingly false (in particular, incomplete) information (statements) in them shall result in bringing the judge to disciplinary liability in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Today, on April 17, 2025, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine conducted searches at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, namely in the office of the Commission member Volodymyr Luhanskyi, as well as at his place of residence. Also, a notice of suspicion was served to Mr Luhanskyi under part four of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
