On March 17, 2025, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Oleksandr Harbuz for appointment as a judge of the Holovanivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast .
According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The State Bureau of Investigation conducted a search at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On March 13, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of establishing the results of a special check, studying dossiers, conducting interviews and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the position of a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court within the competition announced by the Commission on November 23, 2023.
On March 13, 2025, during the meetings of the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered notifications of information that may indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the statements made by judges in their declarations of integrity.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:
On March 03, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announced a break in the interview with a judge of the Kyiv Circuit Administrative Court Iryna Kolesnikova as part of the qualification evaluation of judges of local and appeal courts for their suitability for the position held.
Please be informed, that on March 12, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to approve the decoded results of the practical assignment performed by the competition participants on February 24–25, 2025, to determine the general results of the first stage of the qualification evaluation “Passing the Qualification Exam”, admission to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” within the framework of the competition for vacant positions of judges
On March 02, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of secondment and early termination of secondment of judges.
