On November 18, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges in the Odesa Court of Appeal were determined.

Competition to the Courts of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal

On November 05, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal and one candidate in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal was considered.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted on the basis of a submission by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice.

On November 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.

On November 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of a candidate for the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.

According to the results of the qualification assessment, Lіubomyr Tsebryk scored 679,8 points. The panel decided to submit to the Commission in the plenary session the question of confirming the candidate’s ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
