On December 19, 2025, the temporary panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.

On December 18, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted on the basis of a submission by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisat

On December 17, 2025, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Kateryna Barabash, judge of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast scored 673,75 points. The Commission recognised the judge as suitable for the position held.

On December 17, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.

Due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to second the following judges for a period of one year:
