Competition for the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: Two Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice

On November 14, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.

On November 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Competition for the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal: Candidates Will Be Interviewed by the Plenary Session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine

On November 13, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of a candidate for the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.

According to the results of the qualification assessment, Lіubomyr Tsebryk scored 679,8 points. The panel decided to submit to the Commission in the plenary session the question of confirming the candidate’s ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.

Competition for Courts of Appeal: Three Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, While One Candidate Failed to Confirm Her Ability to Administer Justice in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal

On November 12, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal and one candidate in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal was considered.

On November 02, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session considered the issue of recommending Yuliia Mamchenko, a judge of the Rivne Commercial Court of Appeal, for transfer to the position of judge in another court without competition.

The judge passed the qualification assessment and was recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
