On December 11, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges in the Lviv Court of Appeal were determined.

On December 11, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a temporary panel conducted interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of judges of local courts, announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023.
On December 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision to approve the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal based on the results of the qualification assessment within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision № 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended).
On December 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision to approve the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal based on the results of the qualification assessment within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision № 94/zp-23 of September 14
Throughout October and November 2025, the Commission conducted the fourth stage of the qualification exam (performance of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the relevant court) for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
On December 11, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:
On December 11, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Andrii Didyk, judge of the Zarichnenskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast scored 839,5 points. The Commission recognised the judge as suitable for the position held.
