Competition for the Odesa Court of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm Her Ability to Administer Justice

On November 20, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges in the Odesa Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges,” by decision of the High Council of Justice, adopted on the basis of a submission by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice.
