On October 23, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges of Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of qualification assessment, Commission took the following decisions:

On October 22, 2025, the Commission approved the Methodological Guidelines for evaluating the practical assignment performed by candidates for judicial positions in the High Anti-Corruption Court, including its Appeal Chamber, during the qualification exam within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision of June 03, 2025, No. 112/зп-25.

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On October 20, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, the issue of confirming the ability of four candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal and one candidate – in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal was determined.

By the decision No. 187/zp-25 of 14.10.2025, the Commission appointed cognitive ability testing within the framework of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced by decision No. 112/zp-25 of 03.06.2025.

On October 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted an interview as part of the qualification assessment of a local court judge for suitability for the position held.
