According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialisation to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

On October 08, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting recommendations for secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation to ensure the administration of justice.

On October 08, 2025, at a plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of terminating the qualification assessment of a judge was considered.

Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission took the following decision:
